IN OPERATION SINCE 1998

Maynooth Motorhomes Ltd commenced operations in 1998 when Gerry Percival and Pat Smullen offered a service to camper owners to carry out modifications and upgrades to interior furniture, fittings and equipment.Gerry had served an apprenticeship in cabinet making and afterwards gained wide experience in the conservation and restoration of windows, doors and furniture of historical significance. He has also worked in the design, manufacture and fitting of bespoke furniture in homes and businesses. In 1991 he availed of an opportunity to enter the body and coach building business where, in addition to using and expanding his existing skills, he gained valuable practical experience in coach work design and fabrication, also the design and installation of furniture specific to leisure accommodation vehicles. He is responsible for specifying the materials and techniques to be used in the repair of all damaged coachwork that we undertake, Gerry also has an extensive knowledge of vehicle and ancillary electrical systems including fault finding and repair.
